Rework
is the new book from the guys over at 37 Signals. If you read the article from Inc. on Jason Fried that I posted a while ago then you are already somewhat familiar with his work philosophy. Either way I highly recommend this book to everyone in the business world and especially those in a leadership role or those who aspire to start their own business. This book is sure to entertain and inform as well as question the assumptions on which most business’s are built and ran. With reviews like “Ignore this book to your own peril” you almost have to give it a shot. One of my favorite quotes so far has to be: “Workaholics aren’t hero’s. They don’t save the day, they just use it up.”
